Household operations for dual-career families

Two careers, two kids, and nobody whose job it is to call the pediatrician back.

Delegate gives your household one named assistant who makes the calls, fills the forms, chases the denied claim and hits the camp deadline — working on your accounts as a named delegate, inside a recorded workspace, and never spending a dollar you haven't approved on your phone first.

Single-use card issued from your account — locked to Camp Wildwood, capped at $285.00.

Logged: request, approval and charge on one line. In Friday's recap.

You approve every dollar

Nothing is charged until you tap approve on your phone. The card is single-use and yours.

Delegate access, never your password

Your assistant is a named user on your accounts. Your logins and second factor stay with you.

Every session on the record

Work happens in a recorded workspace we control. Ask for any hour of any day and you get it.

What we take off your plate.

The recurring administration of a two-career household with kids — the calls, the portals, the forms, the deadlines.

Pediatrician, dentist, specialists

Booking and rebooking around two work calendars. Chasing the referral the office swears they faxed. Calling the front desk back, as many times as it takes.

School, daycare, after-school

Enrollment packets, immunization records, emergency contacts, tuition and aftercare billing, permission slips, the teacher email flagged for nine days.

Camp and activities

The February registration race, the waitlists, the deposits, the medical form, the swim class that fills in four minutes. We start in December.

Medical bills and insurance

EOB against bill, the reimbursement you never submitted, the denial that needs an appeal letter and a 40-minute hold, HSA and FSA claims.

Bills, subscriptions, renewals

Bill pay and autopay, the subscription audit nobody has done since 2021, utilities, and shopping auto, home and umbrella coverage at renewal.

Childcare logistics

Sourcing and vetting sitters, building the schedule against both work calendars, nanny payroll and filings, and rebuilding it all when a rotation changes.

The house

Three quotes for the HVAC job. The plumber, the appliance repair, the roof. Warranty and permit paperwork. Scheduling into the two free hours you have.

DMV, tolls, tickets, travel

Registration renewals, E-ZPass violations, the parking ticket that became a suspension notice. Work trips and reimbursements, family flights, passports, Global Entry.

Your professional paperwork

License and certification renewals, continuing-education credits, board and bar deadlines, professional memberships, conference registration, credentialing packets. Included.

Birthdays, gifts, remembering

The party venue, the RSVPs, the teacher gifts, the thank-you notes, your mother's birthday. Kept in your household's file so it happens next year without you raising it.

How your money and your accounts stay yours.

Built the way a trading firm runs its automated systems — with controls, not trust.

01

Request, then approve

Your assistant files a request — what, how much, which merchant, why. It hits your phone. Nothing exists until you tap approve.

02

A single-use card, from your account

Merchant-locked, amount-capped, dead after the charge. The card account is in your name at your institution. We never hold your money.

03

Named access, recorded work

Your assistant is a named delegate on your accounts, working inside a recorded workspace with credentials injected — never seen, never held. Revocable in an afternoon.

What the first week looks like.

Ninety focused minutes from you, then we start on the overdue list.

Day 1

Build the household manual

Ninety minutes with both of you: the pediatrician, the school portal, the insurance, both work calendars, the recurring deadlines, the vendors you like, and the ten things currently overdue.

Day 1–2

Access, in the open

Delegate access granted account by account with you watching, your card configured with your assistant as an authorized user, release forms prepared for your family's providers.

Day 2–5

The backlog first

We start with what's overdue, not with next month. That's how you find out in week one whether this works.

Friday

One recap

What was done, what it cost, what you approved, what's blocked and why, what's next week. One email a week — never a drip of notifications.

Pricing

Common questions.

Anything else — ask on the call.

What stops my assistant from spending my money?+

They can't. No charge exists until you approve the request on your phone, and the card that's created is single-use, locked to that merchant and capped at that amount — from an account in your name. If something does go wrong, our assistants are bonded and our make-whole policy is in writing.

What if my assistant leaves?+

A named backup has been trained on your household since month one and steps in the same week, with a handover call. Your household lives in a written operating manual — the pediatrician, the portals, the insurance, every past decision — not in one person's head.

What does onboarding need from me?+

Ninety focused minutes with both of you, then about an hour of signatures and access grants spread over the first two days, and a reply within a day when an approval request comes in. That's the whole ask.

How fast do things happen?+

Requests sent during Eastern business hours are usually acknowledged within the hour and started the same day. Requests sent at 10pm are picked up first thing the next morning. Anything that needs a call to an institution moves at that institution's pace — the Friday recap tells you what's open and why.

What if it doesn't work for us?+

Cancel inside the first thirty days for any reason and we refund the month in full. After that it's month to month with thirty days' notice. When you leave, you keep your operating manual and your audit log, and every access we hold is revoked the same day.

Twenty minutes to find out if this fits.

Tell us the last three things that fell through the cracks. We'll show you the approval flow live and tell you honestly what we can take.
